Our developed ”Shigure-shiitake-WABI(Donko)” is a luxury delicacy which uses a smallish Donko made in Japan simmered with a large cauldron. Shigure Shiitake Mushroom Wabi〈Small Donko〉

Carefully selected thick and compactly fleshed small Donko shiitake mushrooms cultivated on domestic logs. The shiitake mushrooms are thoroughly simmered in Japanese-style seasonings, slowly dried at a low to medium temperature, and then aged for a certain period. The finishing touch is a sprinkling of bonito powder, which pairs well with the shiitake mushrooms, making this a carefully handcrafted delicacy. The rich flavor of the shiitake mushrooms seeps in as you chew, making it a delicious treat perfect for tea time or as a snack with alcohol.
