Why did you choose FB management?

I was drawn to this company because of its approach to evolving traditional Japanese businesses through multi-pillar management and providing comprehensive support.

The global business division plays a crucial role in bringing high-quality Japanese products to the world, which aligns perfectly with my career plans.

What do you find rewarding as an intern?

I find it extremely rewarding to be able to utilize my language skills. Being from China, I can speak Chinese, English, and Japanese. When working on actual projects as an intern such as finding the edible bird’s nest, I can gather a wealth of information in different languages during negotiations and research. This allows me to approach problems from various perspectives, making my work highly fulfilling.

What do you want to learn during your Internship?

First, I want to learn fundamental business etiquette.

Additionally, I aim to acquire industry-specific knowledge and trends through practical work. I particularly seek to gain a deeper understanding of market trends that I don’t usually have access to.

How do you want to contribute to the team and company?

In consulting, I aim to leverage information gathering and analysis to understand client needs and market trends, proposing optimal strategies to support business growth.

In marketing, I plan to use social media to create engaging content that enhances brand awareness and promotes Japanese culture and products.
