Masazushi Dojo is a sushi chef training school designed for those who aspire to excel as sushi chefs both domestically and internationally.

Through intensive and personalized instruction with a small number of students, even beginners can acquire skills equivalent to a third-year apprentice, capable of handling the “okamase” course (serving customers) with confidence.

Students can learn techniques for sushi making, cooking, sourcing ingredients, and mastering kitchen tools.

Additionally, they provide comprehensive support beyond technical skills, including assistance with job placement after graduation!
